RBT (Biotechnology Developments, JSC) and the Almazov Center have signed a cooperation agreement to conduct research and development aimed at creating and implementing innovative medical technologies and products for practical healthcare.
Under the agreement, the parties plan to develop and bring the following products to the Russian and international markets:
RBT and the Almazov Center have also agreed to carry out scientific research and industrial adaptation of results, involving RBT's research and production site, and related scientific and educational initiatives (joint working meetings, scientific workshops, round tables, conferences, etc.) in priority areas of mutual interest.
"This cooperation will enable the faster implementation of promising Russian developments in healthcare. The combined expertise of researchers and technologists will lead to the creation of new medical devices and pharmaceuticals," noted Igor Krasilnikov, RBT Director.
RBT is a resident of Skolkovo and the Medtech Technopark. RBT shares are traded on the Moscow Exchange over-the-counter (OTC) market under the ticker RBTY.
